Commission Guidelines

Thank you for considering me for your art commission! Below are the detailed guidelines for commissioning artwork from me, including specific limitations and terms of service. Please read through carefully before submitting your request.

Terms of Service

1.) All art commission orders are for non-commercial use. Orders are strictly for private use only. This means that:✔️You are ALLOWED to:
• Share and post it online with proper credit to the artist @mauiiicakes
• Print it for personal use or as a gift for someone.❌You are NOT ALLOWED to:
• Reproduce the artwork for merchandise like prints, t-shirts, etc., or resell the digital image to third parties.
• Mint/Sell the commissioned piece for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or any other form of cryptocurrency.
• Make significant alterations or claim full credit for the commissioned artwork.2.) I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I feel uncomfortable with the project.3.) I will do the art commissions based on my art style.4.) By default, the artist has the right to feature finished art commissions in their portfolio or as samples for potential clients, unless stated otherwise. Please note that featured commission works will be displayed in low resolution with a watermark, ensuring that all high-quality files remain exclusive to the commissioner.5.) I allow up to two revisions during the process. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.6.) Art commissions may take 2-8 weeks depending on the complexity and my availability (please note that I have a full-time job and unforeseen personal circumstances may arise which may cause delay). If artwork is completed earlier than expected, you will be updated ASAP.7.) In the event where both parties fail to reach agreeable negotiations, a consensus to terminate the commission may be implemented.
